All our products are manufactured and assembled in Europe and America by reputable cosmetics manufacturers.

DMU cosmetic products are registered with the Health Science Authority of Singapore (HSA) and the products are sent for testing at HSA whenever required. The ingredients used in our products are of natural, synthetic and of vegetable origin. We put in great effort to ensure no ingredients derived from animals (with the exception of carmine and beeswax) or their fats are used in our products.
How do I purchase Doll Me Up cosmetics?
You can purchase our cosmetics via our online store, www.dollmeupcosmetics.com. Please click on the link "I Must Have This!' which can be found under the individual products to put the items in your virtual shopping cart.
Alternatively, you can come by our studio at Oxley Bizhub on alternate weekends when it is open. Do email us or message to 96454076 to enquire on opening days.
What are the modes of payment accepted?
We accept payment via credit card/ debit card/ internet bank transfer/ ATM funds transfer. However, if you choose to pay via bank /ATM transfer , please ensure that transfer is done within 24 hours from the time the order is made. The order will be considered void if no payment is received within 24 hours.
What are the services that Doll Me Up offer?
- We conduct makeup workshops for public, private and corporate group sessions.

- We have the Doll Me Up Sweet Treats which are pretty hampers filled with our cosmetics. Choose one that suits your budget and give it to your friend or that special someone on that special day!
- We provide makeup services for all events.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, please enquire at email@example.com and provide us with the list of items that you wish to order and your location in order for us to quote the shipping charges.
How much are the postage charges?
To ensure secure delivery, a $3 registered post fee applies to all orders.
How long will it take for the items to reach me?
For local deliveries, all items should reach customers within 5 working days from the day that we receive the payment. Due to the high volume of orders, we do not send out tracking numbers but if you wish to track your delivery closely, please feel free to send us an email to request for it.
Can you call me prior to delivery/ can the item be left outside my home or in my mailbox?
We seek your understanding that deliveries are done via Singpost Registered Service, thus we are unable to call customers before delivery. They are also unable to leave the items at customers' premises without a valid recipient signature. As stated above, all items are delivered within 5 working days thus, please provide us with a shipping address where there will be someone to receive the items.
I have yet to receive my items. What should i do?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order number. We will email you your Registered Post/ Smartpac tracking number which you can use to check the status of your delivery. Please note that you will need to contact Singpost directly for redelivery of items or bring your NRIC to the Singpost branch to collect your parcel. For Smartpac deliveries, parcel is usually left in the customer's letterbox in the event of a missed delivery.
Can items be exchanged?
We regret that we are unable to exchange any items purchased due to safety and hygiene reasons. In unfortunate cases of genuine faults relating to our products, please email us at email@example.com for us to review the case and propose a follow-up action, where possible.
