- Doll Me Up cosmetics protects the privacy of its customers. We will not sell our customers' info to any third parties.
- All sales are final and we do not do any refunds. Nevertheless, we will take all steps to ensure that our cosmetics are packaged safely for delivery.
- All items are delivered within 5 working/ business days from the day payment is received. We seek your understanding that we are unable to attend to urgent orders unless prior arrangement has been made .
- We aim to deliver out-of-stock items that have been paid within a month. In case of any delay, customers will be contacted via phone or email. |
