- Doll Me Up cosmetics protects the privacy of its customers. We will not sell our customers' info to any third parties.
- Please be assured that we do not keep any information of your credit card details. All payment made via credit card are done via PayPal site which is a on a secure server.
- Please allow slight color variance due to the different screen resolution
- All sales are final and we do not do any refunds. Nevertheless, we will take all steps to ensure that our cosmetics are packaged safely for delivery. In unfortunate cases of genuine faults/ damage relating to our products, please email us at [email protected] for us to review the case and propose a follow-up action, where possible.
- All items are delivered within 5 working/ business days from the day payment is received. We seek your understanding that we are unable to attend to urgent orders unless prior arrangement has been made . Should you not receive your items after 5 working days, please email us at [email protected] and quote your order number. We will email you your Registered Post tracking number which you can use to check the status of your delivery. Please note that you will need to contact Singpost directly for redelivery of items.
- We aim to deliver out-of-stock items that have been paid within a month. In case of any delay, customers will be contacted via phone or email.
- Payment made for workshops/ events are strictly are non-refundable. |
